We understand that circumstances may arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment. For this reason, we send all our guests an SMS confirmation 48 hrs prior to your booking.
We greatly appreciate 24 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule, as a courtesy to our waiting list and the Prema team. Last minute cancellations and no-shows will regrettably incur a 100% fee of the scheduled service.

When you book a service with any Prema salon, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We love to make magic happen, however if you are running late to your appointment, we may have to shorten your service or unfortunately reschedule.
This is to ensure we can achieve the best result for your hair and to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking directly after you. We kindly allow a maximum 10-15 minute grace period.
In return, we ask that you extend an understanding if our team are running late to your appointment.
At Prema we strive to deliver the best service and advice to our guests. This advice is unique and individually tailored to your haircare needs. Sometimes this requires extra time and we may ask you to come in and speak with one of our team in a one-on-one consultation.
Colour Consultation Fee (from) $30
We offer a fringe trim service for all new and regular clients. There is a small charge of $15. However, your first fringe trim after your haircut is on us!
We regret that our fringe trims cannot be booked in advance. They are accommodated for in-between clients.
Please note if you do not have a fringe, and would like one cut in, this is considered a full haircut and will be booked as a normal wash, cut and blow dry service.
After a colour service at Prema, we have two options when leaving the salon: an after-colour blow dry service at $45 or a complimentary dry off, which is performed by our apprentice team for you.
A dry-off is an efficient way for your colourist to check your colour work. Please note that it is not a styling service. Our front of house will happily book in an after-colour blow dry, as per your request.
With all hair-up styling appointments, we ask that our clients wash their hair the night before and come in on the day with clean & product free hair. This is due to hair being more manageable after a day's wear and so that your stylist may have more time to create your beautiful look!
Making our clients look and feel their best is our number priority. In the unlikely event that a guest isn't satisfied with a service, we will endeavour to ensure you leave Prema with your desired result. We allow a 10 day grace period, in which we appreciate you contact us by phone or email regarding any adjustments.
With that being said, Prema does not offer refunds on product / hair services and we do not offer complimentary work for a change of mind.
To help maintain a calm & enjoyable ambience within our salons, we ask all guests to be respectful of our space. Kindly turn your mobile devices on silent / vibrate while at our basin area so everyone can enjoy this relaxing experience.
